Visual and mechanical inspection

Cleaning of PV systems

Functional tests
Regular functional testing of protective and safety devices, electrical systems and equipment – based on DGUV V3 (at least every 4 years). This includes, among other things
- comparative measurement of individual strand currents and resistances, identification of faulty strands, cables and modules
- inspection of fuse boxes and screw connections
- checking of fuse elements for secure fit
- retightening of screw connections and terminals/connection clamps.
Further work
- Inspection and maintenance of inverters in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
- Materials, cleaning materials, spare parts and wear parts up to a value of €50 per maintenance and system.
- Recording of activities.
- Elimination of communication faults, insofar as this is possible through switching operations, support from the inverter supplier's hotline or the operator of the telephone or IT network, or through software updates. Otherwise, a technical assessment will be provided for the elimination of the fault.
